New Flavours at The Streets of Barangaroo
Two nights. Two collaborations. A RARE convergence of culinary talent at One Sydney Harbour.
New Flavours at The Streets of Barangaroo is a tightly curated dining series bringing together some of Australia’s most compelling chefs for a pair of one-off menus that exist for one night only. This is about access – to talent, to technique, to moments that don’t come around twice.
Against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, each dinner becomes something more than a meal – a meeting of influence, place and perspective. Fleeting, deliberate and highly considered, these are nights designed not just to be enjoyed, but remembered.

When Watermans’ Mediterranean sophistication collides with the raw, elemental fire of Agnes, the result is a collaboration designed to command attention.
For one night only, Bentley Group’s two‑hatted newcomer Watermans joins forces with Agnes, the wood‑fired powerhouse recently ranked No. 4 in Australia by the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants guide.
It’s a fusion of coastal, Levantine‑inspired elegance and flame‑driven intensity - a rare meeting of sea and fire shaped by seasonality, precision and a shared devotion to exceptional produce.

Annamese After Dark brings together Annamese’s modern coastal Vietnamese style with the heartfelt, flavour‑driven creativity of Brendan Pang for an intimate shared menu crafted for one night only.
Inspired by the energy of late‑night markets, this collaborative dinner reimagines iconic Vietnamese street‑food flavours with sophistication - from charcoal and bright herbs to seafood, smoke and pure nostalgia.
Each dish reflects the stories, memories and cultural threads that shape both Brendan and the Annamese kitchen, coming together in a menu designed to be savoured, shared and remembered.
