Ume Burger
Executive Chef Kerby Craig, the creative force behind the former Ume Restaurant in Surry Hills, has brought his signature burger creations to The Streets at Ume Burger. There are four Japanese-inspired burgers on offer, along with a selection of sides (including Koji Fried Chicken, Hot Chips with Umami Salt, and Hokkaido Soft Serve), and the venue is kitted out with a do-it-yourself soft serve station and a vintage soda vending machine a Tokyo-style vending machine.
