Muum Maam

Muum Maam’s cuisine focuses on authentic Thai flavours, seasonal ingredients and the freshest of produce. Already a cult favourite in Surry Hills, Muum Maam Barangaroo's kitchen is headed up by ex-Longrain chef Santo Bun, who has developed a vibrant menu that includes a number of new dishes.  
 
Named after the Thai slang for ‘little glutton’, Muum Maam serves up quick and delicious meals for hungry office workers during the day; with a more extensive menu in the evening. Located on the Wulugul Walk waterfront, the relaxed environment, coupled with an open kitchen (for a little culinary flair), makes for a memorable dining experience.
