Introducing some Spanish flair to The Streets, Born by Tapavino is the third venue to open under the Tapavino name, and the first to get its culinary cues from the Mediterannean coast and kitchens of El Born in Barcelona. The menu is less spicy, with tapas options that dance distinctively between sweet and savoury, and an enviable selection of cured meats (including the unparalleled acord-fed 'Pata Negra' Iberico de Bellota). Most importantly, it follows the Catalan culture of sip-a-little-bit-of-this and eat-a-little-bit-of-that, which makes tapas such a joyful way to eat - and eliminates any chance of food envy.
