Wulugul Walk 23 Barangaroo Avenue
Already well known for their sister restaurants in Walsh Bay and The Galeries, Lotus has launched a new dining concept on The Streets of Barangaroo.
Their waterfront restaurant serves their famous dumplings, with an equally strong focus on contemporary Chinese seafood (think whole steamed fish, wok tossed prawns and shellfish). The design, by DS17’s Paul Papadopoulos, reflects the hutongs (or back alleys – where the best food is usually found) of China.
From Sydney’s award-winning duo Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt (the team behind hatted restaurants Bentley, Monopole and Yellow), comes Cirrus.
Old Town Hong Kong
Located directly opposite The Canteen, Old Town Hong Kong is a popular option for lunchtime meals. Renowned for their dumplings and Cantonese-style roast meats (duck, soy sauce chicken, and crispy pork belly), Old Town Hong Kong also offers tasting plates and meal combinations, tailored for quick and convenient lunchtime meal service at the right price point.
