
Truffle Season 2023
As winter is well and truly upon us, so too is truffle season! Harvested between autumn and early winter, this rich and seasonal delicacy is highly sought after and prized for their intense aroma and flavour. Head down to The Streets to sample this delicious delicacy infused into an array of cuisines.

IIKO Mazesoba has launched their highly anticipated black truffle menu for the winter season, showcasing the unparalleled flavours of the black truffle sourced exclusively from Truffle Hill in Western Australia. The menu features crowd favourites such as black chicken karaage, made to look like a fresh black truffle served with a black truffle mayo, as well as new dishes such as a brie cheese tempura served with truffle honey.

Cirrus's annual truffle dinner series is returning Wednesday 2nd of August. The menu will feature premium seasonal produce, complemented by David Coomer's rare black winter truffles. Highlights include: grilled bread with truffle taramasalata; potato dauphinoise with parmesan truffle custard. There will also be optional wine pairings selected by Nick Hildebrandt.

Torotoro Ramen will be serving up a delicious truffle ramen dish, including twice cooked chicken, asparagus, black fungus, shallot, ajitama egg with freshly shaved truffle. They can also add freshly shaved truffle to any ramen or side dishes!

Every year Devon curates a mouth-watering truffle menu. This year the menu includes crowd favourites, truffle Mie Goreng, truffle French toast, truffle sundae and truffle fries plus many more delicious dishes featuring the seasonal delicacy.

Born will be putting their own Spanish flare on the delicacy and serving an incredible Spanentree of warm cow’s milk cheese, wrapped in jamón serrano, topped with truffled honeycomb ($25)
