IIKO Mazesoba

IIKO Mazesoba is now open in Barangaroo. Mazesoba, or "mixed noodles", is a Japanese brothless noodle dish that comes with a variety of toppings, fragrant oils and savoury sauces that are mixed together. IIKO Mazesoba's thick and chewy multigrain noodles are made in-house from scratch based on the recipe of their ramen sensei.
The signature dishes include original (pork belly chashu) mazesoba, cheese mazesoba, vegan mazesoba and chicken karaage mazesoba with sides of Karaage fried chicken, edamame, gyoza, kani croquettes and miso soup.
