Redefining the notion of architecture

Created by eminent PTW architect, Andrew Andersons, Alexander’s strong design profile houses seamless spaces that redefine the notion of wharfside luxury, inspired by classic ocean-going yachts and paying tribute to the stunning waterfront setting.

The building’s intense relationship with the water has been referenced inside by Smart Design Studio, who used inspiration from luxury sail boats to create spaces that are generous, elegant and embrace light, views and the outdoors.

The southern exterior façade of Alexander is also the ‘canvas’ for a spectacular piece of public artwork created by local Bidjigal/Eora elder and senior artist Aunty Esme Timbery and Wiradjuri/Kamilaroi artist Jonathan Jones, which speaks directly to the historical and cultural significance of this region.
